I am developing Whitelabel’s new design system, website and different user and customer platforms through iterative design processes to meet stakeholders and users’ needs and wishes.

My responsibilities as the digital product developer are finding business requirements and customer needs, and designing such to meet customer expectations and communicating the requirements and needs to our software engineers.
Here I work with:
Identify and analyze business requirements and customer needs, using workshops and behavioral analysis to uncover true user needs.
Design user-centric IT solutions through personas, surveys, and design systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.
Use feedback and data analytics tools to refine and improve user experiences, translating insights into actionable designs for IT colleagues.

Led UX/UI design for Gomule, using lean startup methodologies to develop the MVP and release the app on iOS.

Worked as UX/UI designer on a project for Aalborg University - responsible for designing a dashboard that helps airline companies to determine their CO2-emission on various airline routes.
Focused on user-flows and user-journeys and user-centered design.

Worked in a team consisting of employees in Denmark and Pakistan.
Results
Various ideas, mockups, ongoing discussions, and revisions, leading to aesthetically pleasing outcomes based on a UX design process.

I am very curious and engaging in my work.
My curiosity to obtain new knowledge is reflected in my completion of Google UX Design Professional Certificate of 236 hours.
I enrolled in this course to obtain skills within UX/UI that wasn’t taught during my education such as prototyping in Figma and creating responsive web design in Adobe XD.
The certificate has resulted in a greater understanding of Design Thinking and de development of responsive platforms created with a user-centered focus.
I have created three apps and two websites based on user-research, wireframes, mockups, user-testing and prototyping.
