Krifa

Intern at Krifa for five months where I was a product developer to help attract a younger audience.

In Krifa's work environment I worked with the two crucial methodologies - Design Thinking and SCRUM. These frameworks provided a structured approach to problem-solving and project management.

Working in a large organization like Krifa exposed me to the intricate dynamics of corporate structures and how they impact product development. Understanding how to navigate and communicate effectively within such an environment was a valuable lesson in itself.

My role as intern and product developer

One of the highlights of my internship was the opportunity to apply UX design principles to cater to a specific target group.
This experience allowed me to witness firsthand how user-centered design can transform products into solutions tailored precisely to the needs of a defined audience. It emphasized the significance of user empathy throughout the development cycle.

In summary, my internship at Krifa was great learning experience in the fields of user research, design thinking, SCRUM, and large-scale product development.
These experiences broadened my skillset and gave me insights that I am excited to bring into my future in the field of product development.

We organized and held a campaign in Copenhagen after the Prime Minister of Denmark said: "We need to put down the myth, that going to work needs to be driven by happiness and inner motivation".

Therefore, the goal of Krifa's campaign was to make people aware of the union's core values and that they fight for peoples right to be motivated and happy by the work they do for a living.

Product

  • Planning Krifa's campaign in Copenhagen.

  • Contacting the members of Krifa and inform them about the campaign.

  • Brainstorming and choosing happenings for the campagin such as a coffee bar, goodiebags and tickets to the cinema.

  • Participating in the campaign where I was talking with people walking by and members of Krifa about the goal of the campaign.
