At Whitelabels, I played a central role in shaping the early discovery phase, where I worked closely with both stakeholders and users to translate their needs into clear, intuitive digital solutions.

I loved being the person who could turn complex requirements into something tangible in Figma — something the team could discuss, challenge, and eventually build.

My contribution strengthened the connection between teams and led to more user-friendly and coherent solutions .

Solving complex user problems

I worked closely with Whitelabels’ developers, users and stakeholders, where we collaborated to create the best possible solutions that met technical requirements and constraints while addressing the existing issues users experienced in the system.

It was a truly enjoyable process with many moving parts and a wide range of perspectives and experiences that all needed to be taken into account.

The results of this collaboration always paid off, and it was in this dynamic that the work was most enjoyable and where my skills and understanding of UX/UI design principles truly had the chance to show their value.

Workshop with customer

Based on data and user insights from a client, I created an initial prototype, after which we held a workshop where the prototype was tested and reviewed together with the client.

Using the outcomes from the workshop, I also developed the next iteration of the prototype.

It was a highly engaging B2B process where the client’s needs and priorities were at the center — while ensuring that the solution was technically feasible for us to build.
